On the east side of this picturesque sight made up of small simple houses, is a 15th century building whose main front brick walls are duly finished off with Ascolani travertine style portals.

Some of the paintings found inside the building assume that probably the building could have been built and taken over by a medieval barony taken over in due course probably in the 16th century by the "PACI" brothers from Grottammare, members of a well known family of priests and ship owners, as shown in the ancient register of land property.

The present owners, after having carried out renovations have destined a part of this building to receive guests and have realised a small inn and a small restaurant where it is easy to experience a sensation from the past which has still today a lot to tell even though it is fully emerged in the present.
